2.3 Registration Information

• All information provided must be fully accurate and truthful.
• Providing false information may result in your account being closed at any time.
• Any subsequent changes to your name, date of birth, or mobile number will require KYC verification.
• Each mobile number may only be linked to one account.

3.1 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support. TK 999 will never ask for your password via email or phone.

3.2 KYC Verification

KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals or after depositing beyond a specified amount. You will need to provide one of the following documents:

• Passport — photo of the first two pages

3.3 Account Deactivation

4.3 Transaction Failures

5.1 Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits

The minimum bet on TK 999 is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market — typically up to ৳50,000. In-play betting limits may be lower than pre-match limits. Higher limits apply for VIP members.

5.2 Odds & Bet Confirmation

The odds displayed and confirmed at the time you place your bet are the odds that will apply. Bets placed before any odds change will not be affected. However, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, tk 999 reserves the right to void those bets.

5.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is fully cancelled, stakes for all bets placed on that match will be refunded.
• If a match is suspended, a 72-hour window will be observed. If the match does not resume within that period, the bet will be voided.
• A result will stand once a minimum number of the match has been completed (e.g., 5 overs in cricket).
• If one selection in a multiple bet is void, it will be counted as odds of 1.

5.4 Payment of Winnings

Winnings are automatically credited to your wallet after a bet settles. Funds are typically added within 15 minutes of the result being confirmed from an official source. In disputed cases, additional time may be required to verify the outcome.

All bonus offers on TK 999 are provided subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the terms outlined below.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being activated.
• If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds may be used to place bets up to a maximum of ৳500—bets exceeding this amount may result in winnings being voided.

6.2 Cashback

Weekly cashback is credited automatically every Monday. The wagering requirement on cashback is ×1, making it nearly equivalent to cash. Your account must be active to receive cashback.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected—such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or placing artificial betting patterns—all associated bonuses and winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TK 999. If detected, the account will be immediately closed and no balance will be refunded.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual.
• Third-Party Funds: Betting using another person's funds or conducting transactions in someone else's name.
• Match Fixing: Participating in the artificial manipulation of any event's outcome.
• System Hacking: Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Bonus Manipulation: Attempting to fulfil bonus conditions through artificial means.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegally obtained funds.
• False Identity: Creating or operating an account using false information.
